This role oversees carrier login access, coordinating agent onboarding for carrier systems, license management, and partnering with leadership on carrier access initiatives. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and carrier partners to streamline workflows and ensure agents have the appropriate access and licensing throughout their lifecycle.
Key job responsibilities include:
KPI strategy, management, and communication
Team/individual meetings to review progress, goals, and address challenges
Establish SOPs and train team members on best practices and improvements
Ensure appropriate workforce management, resourcing, and scale planning
Identify opportunities to optimize processes
Implement new systems/tools to improve efficiency, reduce cost, or enhance productivity
Accountability on performance and resource allocation
Launch/expansion/termination plans with carriers and internal data field accountability
Cross-functional collaboration to understand needs and drive initiatives
Work with carrier partners to streamline processes for ideal access facilitation
Resolve escalations from internal teams or carrier partners
Proactively provide key updates and communicate support needs to leadership
Initiative planning and coordination on projects with Program Management
