Salary Range: $105,000 to $140,000 (Pay is dependent on Licensing and Experience.) 

Position Summary:
Responsible for daily and overall operation of assigned units, including staff performance, patient care processes and outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and prudent resource management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able to read, write legibly, and converse effectively in the English language.
• Strong nursing knowledge and skills in clinical area(s) of responsibility.
• Exercises good judgment and demonstrates effective critical thinking skills.
• Flexible and able to prioritize and address multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Works effectively under stress and frequently changing job requirements/situations.
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or related field or complete within two years.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.

• Five years of experience in acute care hospital in the past 10 years.
• Two years of managerial or leadership experience in the past 5 years.

• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
• Specialty certification in the area of responsibility is preferred.
• Oregon State License Requirements.
