The Manager, Customer Contracts and Pricing Strategy, drives financial analysis and pricing strategy to support customer contracts and programs across their full lifecycle. This role is critical to commercial decision-making, providing clear, data-driven insights before contract execution, throughout the term, and at renewal. The position partners closely with Sales, Customer Contracts, Pricing, Vendor Programs, and Finance, delivering customer and program-level P&Ls, sensitivity analyses, and executive-ready presentations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.

• Own financial performance monitoring for customer contracts and programs, including ongoing P&L management and KPI tracking.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor profitability and gross-to-net performance.
• Perform timely financial reviews of internal programs, individual customers, buying groups, and chain contracts of varying complexity.
• Partner with Sales leadership to structure, evaluate, and support pricing proposals, amendments, and renewals.
• Present financial analyses, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership, including the CFO.
• Collaborate closely with Pricing teams on pricing strategies, timing of changes, and customer-specific pricing agreements.
• Work with Accounting to ensure accurate understanding of general ledger impacts and profitability.
• Ensure rebate accuracy, compliance, and proper functionality; monitor gross-to-net impacts and rebate processing.
• Continuously improve financial, pricing, and rebate systems and evaluate advanced tools and capabilities.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, performance management, and development of direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
• Strong financial modeling, contract analysis, and pricing acumen.
• Ability to translate business strategies into clear financial insights and recommendations.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and Finance teams.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
• Demonstrated leadership aligned with company values.
