The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. To help develop and advance the strategic and tactical goals of Boehringer-Ingelheim or BIPI in the retail, wholesale, long term care, hospital, specialty, and other relevant markets through the optimization analysis while protecting the assets of BIPI, as applicable, and to provide support to the Associate Director, Contract Compliance by: developing a comprehensive discount accrual forecasts and by providing support for Managed Care / Medicare Part D group efforts as required in order to support the Contracting Department´s efforts to maximize revenue and minimize liabilities.
Within the Contract´s Department, this individual will provide support to the Associate Director, Contract Compliance and the Director of Contract Development, as applicable, and as it pertains to managing the terms and conditions of complex contractual rebate obligations to managed care, institutional, retail and wholesale customers for the life of the contract and ensure the accurate and timely validation, analysis and communication of account performance results. The individual will also assess administrative feasibility of product and contract strategies, enhance performance metrics and monitor ongoing results to as it pertains to growth trends and competitive activities, provide support for the ongoing needs of the department with respect to the design and development of innovative systems, ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the various systems for reporting, ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations; manage special projects; support customer audits and assist in the settlement of disputes.

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
