Position Summary
Enabling an insights‑based commercial ecosystem is a critical growth accelerator for J&J MedTech. The Manager, Field Sales Insights leads a team of analysts responsible for delivering actionable Area‑, Regional‑, Territory‑, and account‑level insights that enable Field Sales Area Vice Presidents to operate with a general manager mentality and execute against the business plan. This role is accountable for setting the vision, priorities, and operating model for a team of approximately five Field Sales Insights Analysts, ensuring consistent, high‑quality insights delivery across supported Field Sales Areas. The Manager partners closely with senior commercial leaders and cross‑functional partners to translate data into strategy, guide decision‑making, and drive sales force effectiveness, productivity, and growth.
The Manager plays a critical leadership role in advancing the JJMT Surgery / Ethicon data and insights ecosystem—shifting the organization from reactive, customized reporting to scalable, proactive, and increasingly predictive insights.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
