Manager, HVAC Service

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians across service, sales, and installation


• Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and providing real-time coaching


• Improve and enforce workflow processes to boost team efficiency


• Conduct field ride-a-longs to support technician development and confidence


• Facilitate morning meetings to align the team on daily goals and updates


• Coordinate closely with Dispatch to ensure optimal job flow and customer satisfaction


• Help build and manage staff schedules


• Step in to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally


• Promote pride of ownership with trucks, tools, and inventory


• Champion a safe and positive work environment


• Collaborate with leadership and apply ongoing coaching and training

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role


• Proven experience managing teams in a service or sales environment


• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and service operations


• ServiceTitan or similar CRM software experience


• Self-starter mindset with solid organizational and communication skills


• Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new platforms or systems


• Availability to work weekends and be based out of the LA area


• Current and valid California driver’s license

• Physical Demands: The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain. Employees in this role may be required to stand, sit, walk, squat, kneel, crouch or climb throughout the day, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
