Job Description - Manager, Licensing & Brand Assurance - D&D Franchise

That\u2019s where you come in!\n\nThe D\u0026D Franchise team is seeking a Manager, Brand Assurance \u0026 Licensing Approvals to help carry the creative vision of Dungeons \u0026 Dragons forward across a growing slate of licensing partnerships. You will work directly with internal and external partners on assigned products and projects, acting as a highly organized guardian of the D\u0026D IP across physical and digital licensing efforts, ensuring appropriate branding, visual consistency, integrity, design, and quality. \n\nThis is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office. \n\n## What You\u0027ll Do\n\nThis role ensures that each project is set up for success from the very start, working with partners to define targets and equipping them with critical assets and direction. The bulk of your time will be spent leading the product development process from conceptual designs through approvals. All manner of licensed products, promotions, digital games, and entertainment projects will be impacted by this role. Hardlines, softlines, packaging, publishing, and marketing collateral are all examples.\n\n## What You\u0027ll Bring\n\n * Organization and strategy to own and drive a product approval process and pipeline.\n * A passion for collaborating, delivering high-quality offerings to our audience, and a balanced relationship with partner management, and clear feedback. \n * Curiosity, resourcefulness, and flexibility to find answers and suggest innovative solutions. We need a partner who is fully informed by our history but is dedicated to the stewardship of our future! \n * Outstanding communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.\n * Direct experience in developing licensed consumer products and using related tools and approval systems.\n * Ability to manage a lot of different projects and partners at the same time with a keen eye for prioritization and efficiency. \n\n\n\n## Bonus points for:\n\n * A love for Dungeons \u0026 Dragons and an understanding of the D\u0026D community\n * Experience with My Media Box or similar product approval systems\n * Skilled at running presentations, meetings, and building positive relationships\n * A love of pop culture and being up to speed with design and cultural trends\n\n\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nWizards of the Coast is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
