Description
The Manager Manufacturing Engineering provides leadership in implementing the production plan by identifying strategies to improve production and ensuring that quality objectives are being met.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement strategies to improve production
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to production personnel
Drive productivity improvement initiatives for labor and equipment
Develop and report out against key performance indicators
Monitor and ensure financial targets are met
Root Cause Corrective Action activity management
Manage the department to ensure the efficient production of the highest-quality products at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands
Yield Management

Qualifications

Experience:

Bachelors Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in field. OR Masters Degree: Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management. Minimum six (6) years of experience in field.
