Kada Recruiting is partnering with a leading B2B brand and digital marketing agency in Dallas, Texas, to find a dynamic Manager, Business Development and Agency Growth. This agency specializes in crafting impactful branding and digital marketing strategies for high-profile clients across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, real estate, and finance industries. Manager, Business Development and Agency Growth

What You’ll Need:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within advertising, marketing, or professional services.

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, starting within a $1M range.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.

  • Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Management



  • Identify and target high-potential prospects within defined sectors.

  • Develop and execute innovative outreach campaigns using digital engagement, direct mail, and social selling.

  • Actively seek networking opportunities to connect with ideal clients and foster strong relationships.

Proposal Development & Pitch Process



  • Analyze prospects’ challenges and present tailored solutions.

  • Deliver qualified opportunities to the team and facilitate pitch meetings to showcase the agency’s value.

Growth Strategy & Market Insights



  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.

  • Develop client-centered narratives based on past work and success stories to drive new business.

  • Contribute to agency growth strategies and long-term business development initiatives.

Communication & Reporting



  • Maintain a structured communication cadence to update stakeholders on sales progress.

  • Provide regular reports to leadership, detailing progress toward KPIs and sales goals.
