Our team of advocates, attorneys, and investigators forms Colorado’s Protection and Advocacy system. Our goal: to make Colorado the best place in America for people with disabilities to live, work, and thrive.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager of Individual Giving to shape and grow an individual giving program. This is a newly created position with the opportunity to design systems, build infrastructure, and drive long-term success. During the first year, the role will focus on donor stewardship, annual giving, prospect recruitment, and customer relationship management (CRM).

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Applicants for this position must live in Colorado or be willing to relocate to Colorado before beginning employment. We allow employees to work from home or from our Denver office, with the understanding that they will meet in person as needed to conduct their job functions and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners. This position will need to work from the office at least several days per month. Disability Justice provides equipment to employees to work successfully in a remote environment, including but not limited to laptops and phones.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hiring salary range is $72,000 to $80,000 per year. This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week. Disability Justice offers paid holidays, parental leave, annual leave, sick leave, and bereavement leave; as well as medical, vision, dental, and retirement plans for full-time employees.
