About the Role

As the Manager of Surgical Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This full-time, day-shift position is responsible for managing and directing all clinical and operational activities of surgical services units. You will ensure the highest standards of care while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and leadership of surgical services units within Nursing Services.

• Drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency in alignment with organizational goals.

• Cultivate a collaborative culture focused on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.

• Oregon RN License can be obtained upon hire.

• BLS Certification required upon hire.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or OR setting.

• Recent first-line management experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field.
