Manager - Ops Transformation

• Transform the operational make up of branches to remove, centralize or discontinue activities to become more efficient.


• Create intake forum to make processes “easier” and more customer centric.


• Collaborate with Branch Management to evaluate branch activities to centralize providing enhanced efficiency.


• Collaborate with technology partners to design SharePoint solution to automate front-line testing functions to eliminate manual processes and improve controls.


• Create and update operating manuals and policies to improve end to end processes and create operational efficiencies to strengthen controls, reduce risk/losses, and improve sales productivity.


• Monitor risk trends with compliance, legal, and risk professionals to review and update risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) and product service risk assessments (PSRAs).

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Credentials

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

Prior Experience

• Minimum Job Experience: 10+ years

Technical Skills

• Required: Possess a working knowledge of AML, KYC, EDD procedures.


• Required: New Account opening experience and required documents per type of business entity.


• Required: Possess strong understanding of account transactions - cash, check, wire, ACH, etc.


• Required: Have strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.


• Required: Have strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.


• Required: Have strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills.


• Required: Self-motivated, self-educated, goal-oriented attitude & good team-worker


• Required: Have ability to work independently.


• Required: Proactive, adaptable, open-minded & friendly.

The salary range for this full-time position is $130,000.00 annually - $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits 

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
