Manager - Peer Review

About the Role:

You will support the Peer Review Program by interpreting professional standards, advising partners, and advancing programs that enhance audit quality. You will evaluate program data and latest standards to identify education, and process improvement opportunities.

You will report to a Senior Manager and use a hybrid work schedule. You will be an individual contributor.

You Will:

• Support committees, task forces, and regulators in developing, and monitoring our Peer Review Program strategy.
• Advise administering entities, peer reviewers, and firms on program administration and professional standards.
• Monitor latest standards and services and assess their effect on the Program.
• Develop processes, guidance, training, and resources that support audit quality and Association priorities
• Perform technical reviews and oversight activities and support fair procedures for reviewers and firms.

You Have:

• Certified Public Accountant designation
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years' public accounting experience or equivalent with an emphasis on audit and attest work

The Annual Salary Range for this role is\: $110,000 - $120,000
