Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: \n\n * Profit and Loss Ownership \u2013 lead P\u0026L for a high complexity, high-rate production program, driving cost effective scaling and profitability.\n\n * Cross Functional Integration \u2013 partner with the Integrated Program Team (IPT) and other functional groups to meet quality, cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.\n\n * Performance Management \u2013 establish, track, and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure predictable, on track program execution.\n\n * Daily Rhythm \u0026 Cost Control \u2013 run the program\u2019s daily \u201cheartbeat\u201d meetings, maintain rigorous cost management discipline, and provide accurate estimates to complete (ETC).\n\n * Baseline \u0026 Earned Value Management \u2013 enforce adherence to program, business, and technical baselines; utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor cost schedule performance.\n\n * Scope \u0026 Change Control \u2013 ensure the team fully understands contract scope and follows formal change control processes for any modifications.\n\n * Manage Change Execution \u2013 identify and quantify impacts of changes and ensure transition of changes into the production system. \n\n * Risk, Issue \u0026 Opportunity Management \u2013 conduct systematic risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and track opportunity realization throughout the program lifecycle. Finally, We pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master\u2019s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below:\n\n * \u200b\u200bRelated experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions. \n\n * Must have 3-5 years of Earned Value Management experience.\n\n * 3-5 years of successful P\u0026L experience on a large aircraft production or sustainment program.\n\n * Must have an active US Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * STEM Degree.\n\n * Business Development or program management/execution experience in one or more programs / captures.\n\n * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).\n\n * Experience leading a large, aircraft .\n\n * Top Secret clearance or current program access.\n\n * Strong understanding of national strategy, military roles and missions, organization, enterprise process and business contacts.\n\n * Master\u2019s degree and advanced training in program management and capture management.\n\n * Must have 3-5 years of leadership/management experience, either leading direct reports or integrated product teams.\n\n\n\n\nThe pay range for Oklahoma City, OK is $158,000 to $237,000.\n\nThe pay range for Melbourne, FL is $166,000 to $250,100.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $158,000.00 - $250,100.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
