Manager Respiratory Therapy

The management of the daily operations of Respiratory Therapists and Equipment Technicians. Participate in data collection for statistical and quality improvement reports. Assures all standards of care are followed. Responsible for Scheduling, Assignments, In-service education Programs for Staff Therapist, Physicians, Nursing Personnel.

Manages the daily activities of a designated clinical function to ensure effective and cost efficient health care services. Administers the budget, supervises staff, and develops business opportunities. Resolves all operational issues and complaints to promote patient satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

 Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapist Program

 Minimum A.A.S. Degree

 Bachelor’s preferred

 Minimum three (3) years Critical Care Experience

 Current NYS Respiratory Therapist License,

 American Heart Association - BLS

Shift: Evening Scheduled Hours: 2:30 PM-11 PM Req ID: 225094 Salary Range/Pay Rate: $101,250.00 - $135,000.00
