REPORTS TO: SVP Sales Key Internal Relationships: Sales Managers, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain. Key External Relationships: Key Customers, Data Providers, 3rd Party product registration
JOB PURPOSE:
The primary function will be to support the organization in delivering on sales revenue and EBITDA targets by managing internal sales processes and timelines. The individual will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class strategies and marketplace approaches to help maximize business results while increasing market share and growth within the category. They will be the main point of contact for cross-functional departments regarding the majority of ColourPop’s internal sales processes to ensure optimized execution of ColourPop at retail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support net revenue, distribution, & market share growth for ColourPop by managing and optimizing process development of our brands execution at retail; managing national pricing, timelines, & execution; supporting our accounts with coordinated assortment strategy (layout, sku rankings, adds/deletes), accurate and timely new item set ups, display planning/execution, product mix/productivity by retailer, and assisting in the sales planning/forecasting process
Ensure Innovation/NPD launch (Stage Gate) success and revenue maximization by providing timelines, managing calendars and coordinating efforts across departments to ensure timely launches
Improve profitability by overseeing product life cycle/ sku rationalization process 2x per year; E&0 sell off strategies & coordination; coordinating & supporting brand restages; event planning and management
Sales Reporting & Communication by working in coordination with Sales Team to provide key dates/assortment management, support sales templates and process development coordinating future budget roll ups, and providing key communication to Sales Team. Reporting on weekly POS sales to inform the organization of drivers, drainers and insights into brand productivity

Work to constantly iterate and improve process and efficiency
Actualize prior month performance in business plans
Develop business plans, templates, etc to improve data transmission and cross functional collaboration
Maintain weekly sales and inventory dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of experience in management in consumer package goods sales environment
Customer marketing and trade marketing experience, and or direct selling experience to a significant national retailer.

Open, collaborative and accessible working style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and create process, adapt and iterate
Ability to select and enroll team members and delegate responsibilities to develop and execute product, company and customer business plans
Comprehensive knowledge of the consumer products industry, the category, brand strategies, competitors, classes of trade, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully
Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to understand, and to translate the company/brand strategy to customers and enroll them in support of strategies
Ability to effectively resolve competing priorities for the team and the customer
Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment
Ability to access information technology applications to improve current business environment
