Finally, We pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others. \n\nPosition Responsibilities:\n\n * Acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers.\n\n * Develops and executes supply chain proposal strategy across all functions and disciplines\n\n * Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies.\n\n * Leads supply chain proposals and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution.\n\n * Briefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.\n\n * Cross functional coordination as it pertains to proposal management, specifically with contracts, pricing, material estimating, and PMO IPT leads\n\n * Material risk management, including identification, and mitigation planning and execution.\n\n * Briefs Program and Executive management and Customer on the status and issues affecting Supplier performance and cost.\n\n\n\n\nBasic Requirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a Master\u2019s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement\n\n * Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects\n\n * Must have previous experience in Supply Chain\n\n * At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n\n * Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders\n\n * Experience with a broad range of supply chain issues, including supplier management, risk management, large and complex proposals, terms and conditions, negotiations, contract types (fixed price and cost type), and post award management\n\n * Post-graduate degree in Supply Chain or related field\n\n * Demonstrated experience developing and growing teams and shaping a performing culture\n\n * Demonstrated success in managing large, complex proposals or captures\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
