Manager, Trauma Program

HCT is seeking an Interim Trauma Program Manager for a 150+ bed hospital in California.

The responsibilities include:

• Manage operational, administrative, and outreach services for the trauma program
• Coordinate interdisciplinary management across the continuum of trauma care
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Requirements:

• Education: RN required; Coursework leading to a BSN
• Experience: Eight (8) of progressively responsible nursing experience of which four (4) years should be in a critical care, emergency department, or trauma center environment and at least two (2) years of progressively responsible supervisory experience
• License: Current CA RN license
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required; TNCC preferred
• EMR: Meditech
