Tooele Wellness Center is opening in August 2025! We are a new wellness business based in the Tooele City area with a passion for helping people feel their very best so they can be at the top of their game. We are looking for the right team member to be the champion operator of our start-up wellness business, link arms with the owners, and serve the Tooele County community with next-level health and biohacking for recovery. If you are passionate about cutting-edge wellness and healing this could be for you!

You have a passion for wellness and are a
total nerd about cutting-edge wellness recovery technologies and practices and what it can do for people. Young or old, you know EVERYONE deserves to feel great and you want to help!
You speak the language of social media and are comfortable managing social media platforms to boost and grow the business. Skits and memes are welcome!
You can manage a phone like nobody’s business. You have no problem calling around to professionals to introduce us to their business, gain referrals and create local relationships
You are a leader and love inspiring, managing, training, and supervising employees.
You have a background in client or customer care and are comfortable with the daily rhythm of a people-facing role.
You don’t mind giving customers a hand, literally, to help them in and out of some of the equipment as needed.
Safety is never a joke to you, and you don’t cut corners.
You may have been called a “clean freak” from time to time. You understand the importance of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization when managing a business.
You don’t tolerate low quality, waste or inefficiencies and demand more from yourself than most people ever would or could.

Requirements
THE ROLE DESCRIPTION
General management of a wellness studio.
Marketing lead generation using social media, paid advertising, outreach and business building. You love the challenge of creating powerfully engaging content and know each of the consumer social platforms well (Insta, Meta, TikTok).
Inbound and outbound appointment setting, marketing platform management and business building for partner and business-to-business referral networks.
Brand
management including Google reviews and other platform promotions.
Running a safe and immaculately clean wellness studio.
Efficiently running the studio for long-term success includes cost control, safety, cleanliness and maintenance management.
Reporting
regularly to owners.
