Manufacturing Assembler

We're looking for dedicated Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality antennas. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our innovative products to life.

Main Duties:

• Put together antenna parts by hand or using small tools.


• Use a soldering iron to connect wires and parts.


• Check that all parts are working and look good through careful inspection.


• Follow safety rules and work instructions precisely to ensure a safe and efficient environment.


• Keep your work area clean and organized, contributing to overall workplace efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble various components and sub-assemblies of antennas according to schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions.


• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure accurate and secure assembly.


• Perform quality checks on assembled products to identify and correct any defects or deviations from specifications.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.


• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet daily output goals.


• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.


• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Some experience with assembly or soldering is helpful, but we're happy to train the right candidate!


• Able to use your hands for small, detailed work with precision.


• Can stand or sit while working for many hours as needed for production.


• Listen and follow directions in English clearly and accurately.


• Work well with others and be on time consistently, demonstrating reliability.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
