Kalogon, a smart seating startup based in Melbourne, seeks a Manufacturing Assembler to help us build cutting-edge medical equipment.
As our Manufacturing Assembler, you'll build complex products hands-on — working across electronics assembly, machining, 3D printing, and soft-goods manufacturing. No two days are the same.
- Own your assemblies start to finish, working independently to meet quality and production targets
- Diagnose issues on the floor and implement practical fixes
- Contribute ideas to reduce cycle time and improve quality
- Collaborate with R&D on prototypes and pilot builds
Required skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude — you pick up new tools and processes quickly
- Problem-solver who thinks on their feet
- Background in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a maker/technical environment is a plus
- Background in 3D-modeling or CAM is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Probationary period: 3 months
