Manufacturing Engineer

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Control/Production Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain automated systems and production processes. This role combines expertise in control systems with process engineering to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control  Systems: 
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation systems. 
  • Develop automation strategies to improve process stability and efficiency. 
  • Ensure  compliance with safety and regulatory standards for control systems. 
• Process  Optimization: 
  • Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Implement solutions to enhance throughput, quality, and energy efficiency. 
  • Support commissioning and start-up of new equipment and processes. 
  • Maintain/produce prints and specifications for assembly parts.
• Maintenance  & Reliability: 
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability. 
  • Manage preventive maintenance system for control and process equipment. 
  • Provide technical support during equipment failures and process disruptions 

• Experience with industrial automation and process improvement. 
• Knowledge in PLC programming, instrumentation, and reliability tools
• Able to read /modify prints and process specifications . 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
