Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Train or coach employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures. Ensure the safety of employees. Ensure that workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties. Resolve production issues and escalate those that require management attention. Educate employees on quality standards and procedures. Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes. Conduct performance review and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable. High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Experience in supervisory roles preferred. Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and cany out written and oral instructions; write legibly. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
