The Job You Will Perform:
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations within a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility. This role oversees employees, machine assets, quality standards, safety compliance, production scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives associated with the manufacturing and printing of bulk corrugated boxes. The supervisor ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of converting equipment such as corrugators, flexographic printers, die cutters, folder-gluers, and finishing equipment while meeting customer requirements and plant performance objectives.
