As a Manufacturing Rolling Operator, you’ll operate specialized rolling equipment to transform refractory metals into high-quality materials built to exacting customer specifications. Your Schedule

This is a full-time position at our Euclid, Ohio manufacturing facility.

What You Will Do

You will operate rolling mill equipment and support related production processes to manufacture refractory metal products that meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.

Your work will include:

• Operate rolling mill equipment according to work orders and engineering specifications
• Perform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other required production processes
• Develop rolling pass schedules and monitor material throughout the rolling process
• Inspect materials using precision measuring equipment and established visual quality standards
• Monitor product quality throughout production and identify potential process or material issues
• Record production data, material traceability, and process information accurately in company systems
• Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, and routine startup and shutdown procedures
• Operate forklifts, lifts, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Follow established production procedures and ISO quality requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support other manufacturing activities as production needs require

About You

You understand that producing high-quality material requires attention throughout the entire process. Equipment setup, measurements, process decisions, documentation, and safe operating practices all contribute to the finished product.

You may be a strong fit if you bring:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math skills used in a manufacturing environment
• The ability to use precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial machinery
• The ability to read and follow written work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality
• Clear communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a      manufacturing team
• The ability to learn specialized equipment, processes, and production techniques
• A commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment operation

Experience operating forklifts, material-handling equipment, rolling mills, or other industrial machinery is preferred.

Success in this role means safely producing quality material while maintaining the process discipline, documentation, and equipment care required in precision manufacturing.

• Finished materials consistently meet customer and engineering specifications
• Rolling operations are completed safely and according to established procedures
• Product quality is monitored throughout the manufacturing process
• Production records and material traceability are complete and accurate
• Rolling equipment is operated correctly and properly cared for
• Production is completed efficiently while minimizing scrap and rework
• ISO quality standards and manufacturing procedures are followed consistently
• Potential equipment, material, or quality issues are identified and communicated early
• You work effectively with teammates as production priorities change

Previous experience in a metals manufacturing environment can help you get up to speed quickly, particularly if you have worked with rolling, forming, machining, fabrication, or other industrial production processes.

Additional experience that can help you succeed includes:

• Forklifts and material-handling equipment
• Industrial machinery and production equipment
• Production documentation and material traceability systems

This Is Hands-On Manufacturing Work

This position works directly with industrial equipment and materials on the manufacturing floor. You should be comfortable operating machinery, handling materials, using measuring equipment, following established safety procedures, and staying engaged with the production process throughout your shift.

Precision matters at every step. A rolling decision, measurement, equipment adjustment, or production record can directly affect the quality of the finished material. This is a role for someone who takes ownership of both the process and the product.
