Manufacturing Support

Responsibilities:

1. Motivation, i.e., helping Soundwich succeed within Job Classification Responsibilities


2. General inside cleaning, e.g., kitchen, restrooms, operation/cleaning of floor scrubber


3. General outside cleaning, e.g., drain cleaning, minor weeding and clean-up


4. Minor Preventive Maintenance inspections, e.g., weekly eyewashes, monthly fire extinguishers and emergency lighting


5. Use of laundry machines to clean gloves, rags and arm guards


6. Understand and follow all Company Procedures pertaining to assigned tasks, and the potential consequences of departure from these Procedures


7. Knowledge of the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, all Company Policies, and the importance of conformance to Soundwich and Customer requirements


8. Knowledge of the effects that nonconforming products have on our Customers


9. Knowledge of the Environmental Policy, Environmental Objectives, all Safety Polices, and the importance of conformance to Soundwich and Regulatory requirements


10. Aware of the Quality impacts of their work activities, their roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance within the Quality System and the benefits of improved personal performance


11. Aware of the Environmental and Safety impacts of their work activities, their roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance within the Environmental and Safety System and the benefits of improved personal performance


12. Aware of how to submit Quality, Safety, Environmental and Business-related questions or suggestions, and how initiate continual improvements


13. Other tasks deemed by Soundwich Management to be in the best interest of Soundwich and our Customers

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds


• Excellent attendance


• Minimum Language Skills: English
