Manufacturing Technician

Install, maintain, and repair equipment and facility systems using specialized trade expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related technical fields. Accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, piping layouts, and technical drawings to guide work execution. Utilize trade-specific tools and diagnostic instruments (e.g., multimeters, gauges, testing devices) to troubleshoot issues and verify system performance. Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Assist with equipment commissioning, system upgrades, and technical modifications in coordination with engineering and operations teams. Fabricate or assemble components using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and trade techniques. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts used and issues identified, using SAP or CMMS systems. Adhere to established safety protocols and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations. Completion of a certified trade program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or a related technical field. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a skilled trade or technical maintenance role. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical documentation. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Proficient in: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) PDF editing tools (Adobe, Foxit, or equivalent) Experience with SAP or CMMS systems for work order and maintenance tracking is preferred.
