The for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for < performing a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment which mainly include but not limited to assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents.>

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside team members to assemble units, sub-assemblies, or complete units by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, work order information, assembly procedures, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing areas, including daily housekeeping of the production areas & equipment.
• Maintain up to date training records & comply with all company policies & procedures. Learn simple to more complex processes with increasing experience & building of skills.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Chemical, reagent, or consumable goods manufacturing experience.

The salary range OR the hourly wage for this role is <18.00 an hour>. This is the starting wage that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
