Marine Construction: Crew Member

Dissen & Juhn, a leader in marine construction for over 50 years, has multiple openings for our growing marine construction company: carpenter, pile driver, and general construction -- all levels.

As a member of our skilled construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with job site preparation, unloading materials, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient support for marine construction activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and interest in long-term employment in a growing industry.

• Assist foremen and skilled trades with daily construction tasks
  
  


• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
  
  


• Prepare job sites, including cleanup, staging, and safety setup
  
  


• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
  
  


• Follow instructions from site supervisors and construction managers
  
  


• Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards
  
  


• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor/marine environments
  
  

Requirements

·       Construction experience a plus

·       Must be 18 years or older

·       Physically able to lift 40+ pounds, work at heights, and perform demanding tasks

·       Comfortable working near or on water

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

·       Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
