River Valley Marine is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer & Boat Handler to support our busy spring launch and summer boating season on Lake Minnetonka. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work around premium boats, pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in boating, marine, detailing, marina operations, trailer handling, outdoor work, or the marine and powersports industry.

Pay & Schedule

• $17-$23/hour depending on experience
  • Seasonal full-time position: Now through mid-July 2026
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • 40-50 hours per week
  • Overtime opportunities available during peak launch season

What You’ll Be Doing

• Detail new and pre-owned boats including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning
  • Prepare boats for customer delivery and lake launch
  • Move, stage, and organize boats around dealership property
  • Assist with trailer handling and boat transport
  • Operate detailing tools, cleaning equipment, and shop equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work and staging areas
  • Support dealership operations during peak boating season
  • Work around pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment

Experience in boat detailing, automotive detailing, marina work, marine service, trailer handling, powersports, landscaping, or outdoor labor is a strong plus — but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
