River Valley Marine is actively hiring a Marine Sales Consultant in Rochester, MN. We are seeking proven sales professionals with a background in luxury sales, high-ticket retail, automotive sales, RV sales, or commissioned sales environments who are ready to transition into the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products


• Guide customers through a professional, consultative buying experience


• Build and maintain long-term client relationships


• Follow up on leads, prospects, and past customers


• Maintain deep knowledge of boats, features, and competitive brands


• Execute River Valley Marine’s proven sales process


• Participate in boat shows, events, and promotions


• Maintain a polished, professional showroom and personal presentation

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience (automotive, RV, powersports, luxury retail, etc.)


• Strong closing skills and negotiation ability


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven


• Marine or boating knowledge is a plus


• CRM experience (Lightspeed / LightspeedEVO preferred)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM


• Weekday off when working Saturday


• Flexibility based on customer needs
