Position: Market Sales Ambassador in Houston, TX

What is an Market Sales Ambassador / Market Assistant Manager?: A Market Sales Ambassador/Market Assistant Manager is a hard working, highly motivated, energetic & trustworthy Team Member! Your #1 Goal will be to help us build & Maintain our dealer client list in the Houston, TX Market!

**This Position does involve Sales! Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with Door to Door COLD sales visits!**

Pay Structure:

• $30,000 - $36,000 Base Pay [Based on Experience] -- Bonuses can increase income to $42k


• Bonus Structure based on sales performance


• Pay Dates are every 1st & 16th via Direct Deposit 


• Company Gas card will be provided after training period is completed

Responsibilities & Qualifications for an Market Sales Ambassador/Market Assistant Manager:

• Door to Door sales experience a Major Plus


• Some Previous Sales Experience necessary


• Automotive Industry Experience a Plus


• Must be detail oriented.


• Must be able to hold themselves and others accountable to high standards.


• Must follow directions VERY well and not cut corners [See "Detail Oriented" Requirement]


• Clean License. Only clean driving records will be considered.


• Excellent communication skills [If it takes you longer than 30 minutes to respond to a text message, this isn’t the position for you.]
