We are seeking an data-driven, AI Curious/Obsessed Market Development Manager to drive brand growth and qualified lead generation for five distinct business lines across unique markets for the Visconti Group, parent company to PeopleLift. This role will focus on building and expanding brand presence, enhancing sales opportunities, and identifying signals to capture and engage qualified B2B and B2C prospects. You will work closely with five division leaders to increase market traction, utilizing your expertise in social media, digital marketing, data analytics, and in-person engagement across U.S. and potential international markets.

Travel Requirements:
Regular travel to U.S.-based events and trade shows, with potential international travel to support market expansion efforts and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years in B2B marketing, market development, or a related field, with proven results in lead generation (cold and warm) and brand growth for B2B brands
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, advertising, data analysis, and market research in the U.S. market
- Proficient in CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - bi lingual is not required but is preferred(Spanish and English)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to employ AI products, services and offerings to further expand the functiion/upside for Visconti Group
- Curious enough to pushback against conventions and challenge assumptions
