Market Sector Leader will lead business development efforts, strengthen client partnerships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal leadership to expand the firm's presence and reputation in the marketplace.

  Depending on experience and business needs, maintain involvement in project leadership, technical oversight, or project management.

  Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  10+ years of experience within the AEC industry, including a strong background in project delivery, client management, or business development.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous leadership experience with responsibility for driving growth, developing client relationships, or managing teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Professional licensure (Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, NCIDQ, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
