About the Role: A luxury Wig Salon in Brooklyn is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to take initiative of its marketing efforts, working closely alongside ownership. This is a great fit for someone creative and self-driven, someone who can run point on campaigns and content, and help shape the brand's presence from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Own and run email marketing campaigns


• Manage and drive SEO strategy

Content & Planning

• Lead brainstorming sessions with the team


• Plan and edit content


• Oversee content uploads across platforms

Production Coordination

• Book models, photographers, and makeup artists for photo shoots


• Take initiative on behind-the-scenes coordination, working closely with ownership

Qualifications:

• Experience managing email marketing and SEO


• Strong content planning and editing skills


• Comfortable coordinating production logistics (booking talent and vendors)


• Self-starter who can take initiative and own projects end-to-end


• Creative mindset with the ability to work closely with ownership


• Full-time availability
