Marketing and Customer Experience Coordinator (99, Main Office)

Job Title: Marketing and Customer Experience Coordinator

Pay: $40K - $45K Annually 

Location: Honolulu, HI (Main Office) 

Foodland Super Market, Ltd. and the Sullivan Family of Companies are currently seeking a highly motivated, creative, organized and proactive individual to support our Marketing Department as Marketing & CX Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the coordination and execution of various promotions, advertising and digital marketing initiatives and campaigns


• Coordinate marketing signage and additional signage projects as needed


• Assist with customer and store inquiries related to Foodland's Maika'i program


• Coordinate photo shoot requests and other partner requests for our stores and restaurants


• Track and report program results


• Prepare and distribute materials


• Maintain various customer experience (CX) and marketing reports


• Provide overall support to the marketing and customer experience departments

This individual must have:

• Strong organizational skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Attention to detail


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment

• Ability to solve problems quickly and think creatively


• Outstanding customer service skills

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, or related experience, preferred.


• 1+ years of experience in marketing preferred


• Prior administrative/office assistance experience preferred
