Marketing & Sales Coordinator

About the position
This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports marketing campaigns and customer-development activities through coordinated outreach and relationship building. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

Your focus

·       Coordinate campaign schedules, materials, and prospect follow-up

·       Engage prospective customers in face-to-face settings

·       Support presentations, events, and customer conversations

·       Track activity and collaborate on marketing and sales goals

People contact is part of the job. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Background: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
