Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support AAM Living's marketing activities across its property portfolio. This part-time, temporary role will assist with marketing campaigns, social media, content, community outreach, promotional activities, and general marketing coordination.
The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day marketing activities across AAM Living properties.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, flyers, promotional content, and property information.
Assist with social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
Help promote available properties, amenities, events, specials, and resident programs.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives designed to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
Assist with community outreach, local events, networking activities, and promotional opportunities.
Coordinate with property and leasing teams to gather information, photos, updates, and marketing materials.
Help maintain property listings and marketing information across relevant platforms.
Track marketing activities, leads, campaigns, and follow-ups.
Assist with collecting and organizing marketing performance data and reports.
Monitor competitor activity, local marketing opportunities, and relevant trends.
Help maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and campaign materials.
Support the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
6 months–1 year of experience in marketing, social media, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and content creation.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
Experience in real estate, property management, multifamily, or hospitality is a plus.
