Job Description - Marketing Associate

• Create content calendars and schedule daily posts across corporate brand social channels (Instagram, TikTok).
• Identify lifestyle influencers, and negotiate campaign asset deliveries.
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare marketing reports. 
• Pull web traffic statistics, track referral links, and monitor digital marketing analytics trends.
• Review social platform comments, handle brand page direct messages, and route sales inquiries internally.
• Draft short-form English copy for product landing pages, email workflows, and social media banners.

要件

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce fields.
• Conversational English communication skills to coordinate with influencers, vendors, and external partners.
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency to align brand campaigns with international marketing heads.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing social media planning software and basic web analytics platforms.
