What You'll Do:

• Generate fresh, creative marketing ideas that help MSI stand out in the marketplace.
• Develop engaging content for social media, email, website, customer communications, and other marketing channels.
• Help develop campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that support company growth and customer engagement.
• Create and coordinate written, visual, and digital content while maintaining MSI's brand and voice.
• Work with internal teams to uncover stories, successes, customer insights, and ideas that can be turned into compelling content.
• Help own MSI's social media presence and develop an engaging, consistent content strategy.  
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Stay current on emerging social media platforms, content trends, and marketing technology.
• Track performance and use data and insights to continually improve our content and campaigns.
• Help strengthen how MSI communicates with employees, customers, and business partners.
• Develop internal communications, announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement content.
• Partner with sales, leadership, HR, and other departments to communicate initiatives and tell the MSI story.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns from concept through completion.
• Bring creativity and organization to marketing projects, keeping timelines and deliverables moving.
• Support the development of sales and customer-facing marketing materials.
• Bring ideas—not just execution.
• Look for ways to make marketing more creative, relevant, and effective.
• Ask questions, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to improve how MSI connects with customers and employees.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, customer expectations, and emerging marketing tools.
• Help build a marketing culture that is energetic, innovative, and focused on growth.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Have a strong understanding of social media and digital content.
• Enjoy coming up with creative ideas and turning them into something real.
• Are a strong writer and communicator.
• Are comfortable working across multiple projects and audiences.
• Can work independently while also collaborating with a variety of teams.
• Bring positive energy, curiosity, and a willingness to try new things.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Bonus points if you have experience in B2B, distribution, scientific, laboratory or industrial environments!
