MARKETING COORDINATOR (Ministry -Focused Role)

Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking a highly organized, ministry -minded Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about life transformation and thrives in a healthy, mission -driven culture.

We provide Christ -centered residential recovery programs for women and women with children. Each year, we host several major events — including our annual gala that draws over 600 attendees — to raise awareness, build community support, and share the powerful stories of what God is doing through this ministry.

This role is a strategic and relational position that combines event coordination, marketing, and communications to amplify the impact of our life -changing work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and successfully execute major events throughout the year, including the annual gala
  
• Support marketing and communications efforts for programs, events, fundraising, and outreach
  
• Manage multiple projects with strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow -through
  
• Collaborate closely with leadership and staff in a team -oriented environment
