Marketing Coordinator

Professional Search Group- OC is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their clients team. This Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for the Southwest region. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working across multiple areas of marketing.

The Marketing Coordinator work closely with internal teams, including Sales and business segment leaders, as well as an external marketing agency that supports the company’s marketing and advertising efforts.

This role offers exposure to social media, content creation, website updates, events and tradeshows, marketing materials, vendor coordination, and email communications.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support marketing initiatives and projects across the Southwest region
• Partner with Sales, business segment leaders, and other internal teams to understand and support their marketing needs
• Work closely with the company’s external marketing agency on marketing and advertising projects
• Help organize and prioritize quarterly marketing initiatives
• Manage and engage with social media communities and help maintain an active online presence
• Assist with creating and coordinating marketing content and materials
• Help ensure consistent branding across marketing materials and communications
• Assist with company website updates and basic content management
• Coordinate marketing materials and collateral with vendors and partners
• Support planning and execution of conventions, conferences, and tradeshows
• Attend occasional events and tradeshows to help manage branding, marketing collateral, and event activities
• Assist with post-event reporting and analysis
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings and provide project updates
• Help track marketing and advertising expenses, including matching invoices with purchase orders
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as branding, social media, and market research
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, partners, and clients
• Must be based in the Southwest region

Preferred

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of marketing, office, communications, or related experience
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience with a website CMS
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or X
• Experience supporting events, conferences, or tradeshows
• Experience creating or coordinating marketing content

Travel:

This position is based in Irving, Texas and requires occasional travel, including local and out-of-state travel for training, conferences, conventions, and tradeshows.
