The Opportunity

Tisun Beauty is seeking a creative, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Director to help strengthen our brand and connect customers with our products and store locations.

This role will turn beauty trends, customer insights, product knowledge, and campaign performance into engaging marketing content and effective promotions. The ideal candidate can balance creativity with commercial results and understands how to create marketing that is both visually compelling and aligned with business goals.

The Marketing Director will work closely with leadership, store teams, and other business partners to ensure campaigns accurately represent the products, promotions, and customer experience available at Tisun Beauty.

What You Will Do

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and in-store promotions.


• Develop promotional strategies that support sales, customer engagement, product awareness, and store traffic.


• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, special events, and promotional initiatives.


• Maintain a marketing calendar with campaign timelines, deadlines, approvals, and promotional details.


• Ensure marketing campaigns align with Tisun Beauty's brand identity and business objectives.

Content & Social Media

• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for social media and other digital channels.


• Develop captions, promotional copy, email content, and other marketing materials.


• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer and community inquiries in a professional manner.


• Stay current on beauty, hair, cosmetics, retail, and social media trends.


• Identify opportunities for relevant influencer, creator, and community partnerships.


• Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative assets for marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Support email marketing, SEO, paid digital advertising, and other online marketing initiatives.


• Monitor campaign performance, including engagement, website traffic, conversions, sales impact, and marketing spend.


• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Prepare clear and concise marketing reports for leadership.


• Make data-informed recommendations for future campaigns and promotions.

Brand & Quality Control

• Maintain consistent Tisun Beauty branding and messaging across marketing channels.


• Verify product information, pricing, promotional offers, links, dates, and other campaign details before publication.


• Review published content and promotions for accuracy and consistency.


• Coordinate with store and online teams to ensure advertised products and promotions are properly communicated and supported.


• Obtain appropriate permissions and releases when required for featured individuals, photography, video, or other content.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.


• Beauty, cosmetics, haircare, fashion, or retail experience preferred.


• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.


• Working knowledge of email marketing, SEO, digital advertising, and website content.


• Excellent writing, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.


• Excellent organization and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, store teams, vendors, and other business partners.


• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, or similar tools is a plus.


• Marketing, communications, business, or related education preferred.

Portfolio

Applicants should be prepared to provide a portfolio or examples of previous marketing work, which may include:

Schedule & Work Environment

This position may involve a combination of on site at the stores, or remote work depending on business needs. The role may require visits to Tisun Beauty store locations, participation in marketing events, product photography or video production, and occasional weekend or evening coverage.
