What The Position is About:

• Oversee all marketing and lead generation strategies for the company including digital, traditional, and non-traditional
• Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
• Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment between lead flow, appointments, and overall company goals
• Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
• Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
• Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven marketing leadership experience within the home services industry
• Strong direct response and lead generation experience
• Experience with field marketing, events, and big box partnerships
• Expertise in Google Analytics and Google My Business
