Our client, a growing marketing agency in Miami, is hiring Entry-Level Marketing Management Trainees to join its sales and promotional events team.

You’ll begin by representing client brands, engaging customers, and generating sales at pop-up events and promotional locations. Through hands-on training and coaching, you’ll learn how campaigns operate and develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibility.

No previous sales, marketing, or management experience is required. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, or other people-facing roles is welcome.

What You’ll Do

Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales at promotional events

Approach customers, introduce products and services, and explain current offers

Answer questions and help customers complete purchases or sign-ups

Work toward individual and team sales goals

Support event setup, promotional materials, and daily campaign activities

Track results and share customer feedback with team leaders

Participate in daily training, coaching, and campaign briefings

Learn how experienced leaders organise campaigns and support their teams

Take on additional responsibilities as your performance and skills develop

This is a full-time, in-person position in Miami, Florida. No remote or hybrid work is available.

The trainee role starts with hands-on customer engagement and direct sales at promotional events and pop-up locations. Applicants must be able to attend in-person training and work at campaign locations throughout Miami.
