Marketing Manager

OVERVIEW: Leads the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for the location. This role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales support for MarineMax and MarineMax Yachts through digital marketing, events, CRM management, and community outreach, while ensuring alignment with company standards and local market opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share.


• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, in-store, and events.


• Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing budget to maximize ROI and generate leads.


• Oversee social media, content strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and online reputation management in collaboration with Team Support.


• Manage and optimize CRM (HubSpot) for campaign execution, lead tracking, segmentation, reporting, and team training.


• Plan and execute events, Getaways!, boat shows, and community outreach, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.


• Oversee customer relations and FANS survey process, using feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction.


• Partner with sales and business development teams to support lead generation, campaigns, and sales initiatives.


• Ensure store appearance, signage, and merchandising align with brand standards and represent the brand in the community.


• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including campaigns, events, leads, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
