About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized individual to lead the marketing efforts at HXP. The marketing team drives awareness, trust and excitement around the HXP brand. The role will oversee brand messaging, campaign strategy, content development and growth. This person needs to be able to tell the story of HXP in a way that represents truly who we are and the mission we are working hard to achieve. The marketing team helps shape how Builders, Parents and vendors experience HXP before they even step foot on a plane. This person should be equal parts strategist and doer–someone who can build a marketing plan, write compelling copy, manage projects and collaborate across teams, but also ensure that every touchpoint is authentic to HXP. 


Responsibilities

  • Own and protect the HXP brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials

  • Help translate HXP’s mission, values, and unique program model into compelling campaigns and storytelling

  • Maintain high standards for tone, visual consistency, and message clarity across all public-facing content. Oversee creation of marketing content across email, social media, website, print, video, and other digital platforms

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns to support recruitment, enrollment, and retention goals. Identify opportunities to tell meaningful stories that showcase the impact of HXP, the experiences of Builders, and the mission behind the work

  • Create seasonal and annual campaign calendars aligned with organizational priorities and trip cycles

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support launches, major announcements, trip promotion, deadlines, and special initiatives. Manage marketing timelines, creative requests, approvals, and production schedules

  • Track campaign performance and use data to improve future strategy and decision-making

  • Write and edit compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, social captions, and promotional materials

  • Manage the content calendar and ensure content is timely, engaging, and aligned with the HXP customer journey

  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, youth/parent audience behavior, and best practices relevant to HXP’s market

  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, or external partners as needed

  • Monitor key marketing metrics, use data and audience insights to recommend improvements to messaging, content, and channel strategy


Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. Marketing/Advertising degree required.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms

  • Demonstrated experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution

  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, website content management, and basic performance reporting

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to think strategically while also being willing to execute the day-to-day work

  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Passion for mission-driven work and an ability to communicate purpose with clarity and authenticity

Full-Time Schedule:

  • Hybrid format

  • Onsite M/W/F (8:45 AM – 4:45 PM)

  • Remote T/Th, with Tuesday afternoons (1:00 – 4:45 PM) dedicated to Personal Improvement Time (time to work on your own projects).
