Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager

Salary: $80,000-$90,000/YR 

Trades Holding Company is seeking a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and operational alignment across marketing, customer care, and operations. 

This role will manage CRM and lifecycle marketing programs, email and direct mail, lead-management processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, data-driven operator who can connect marketing programs to booked jobs, repeat customers, and measurable revenue outcomes. 

What You'll Do 

•  Manage CRM, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, retention, and reactivation initiatives 

•  Coordinate email, direct mail, service reminder, and customer communication programs 

•  Improve lead-handling processes from inquiry through booked appointment 

•  Partner with call center, operations, sales, creative, and marketing stakeholders 

•  Monitor conversion, response-time, appointment, retention, and campaign performance 

•  Maintain workflows, calendars, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional action plans 

Qualifications 

•  5+ years of marketing operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or related experience 

•  Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, email marketing, retention, or lead conversion 

•  Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills 

•  Excellent communication and organizational capabilities 

•  Experience in home services, franchise, retail, multi-location, or lead-driven businesses is a plus
