Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Project Management

• Take ownership of project timelines and coordinate internal teams across multiple active projects


• Delegate effectively and assess priorities to keep everything moving smoothly


• Track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve issues proactively


• Provide strategic input to enhance project outcomes

Client Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle


• Create a seamless, professional experience for clients at every touchpoint


• Communicate clearly and consistently to keep all stakeholders aligned

Qualifications:

• Strong marketing background with a solid understanding of the marketing world


• Prior project management or operations experience strongly preferred


• Proven ability to delegate, assess, and take ownership of outcomes


• Highly organized and detail-oriented


• Strong communication and client management skills


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
