The Marketing Programs & Communications Specialist II is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, sales support programs, customer communications, training programs, events, and dealer support activities across Rheem Northeast Distribution. This role serves as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations, and Technical Support & Training to ensure programs, communications, and customer-facing initiatives are effectively coordinated and executed. The position also supports customer and vendor co-op administration, dealer programs, internal communications, event management, reporting, and marketing operations.

 

This position will serve our Rheem Northeast Distribution, located in New Jersey. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days remote per week.



Responsibilities
  • Support sales programs, dealer initiatives, customer benefit programs, and sales enablement efforts through effective communication, coordination, and administration. 
  • Administer dealer and customer programs, including Pro Partner support, customer data management, and program documentation. 
  • Coordinate vendor and customer co-op programs, including claim tracking, documentation, reporting, and communication to maximize available funding opportunities. 
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, customer communications, and branch initiatives across multiple channels. 
  • Maintain marketing assets, project trackers, campaign calendars, customer records, and related documentation to support organized and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. 
  • Plan and coordinate customer training programs, branch events, promotional events, sponsorships, and related communications, including logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Collaborate with Technical Support & Training to coordinate schedules and maintain consistent, branded training materials and communications. 
  • Compile and maintain data related to marketing campaigns, events, customer programs, and sales support activities; assist with reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations, Technical Support & Training, vendors, and external partners to support successful execution of business initiatives. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, sales support, program administration, event management, or a related role preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). 
  • Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Prophet 21, MyRheem, Cvent, Constant Contact, CRM systems, or similar business applications is a plus. 
  • Experience in HVAC, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or other B2B environments preferred.

Equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills may supplement above minimum job requirements.

The pay scale for this position $65,900-$113,940. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
